One of the largest river front lots in the heart of Lebanon holds part of the history of the city as it was the former home of the Riverdale Parkway Horse Racing Track. The existing garage/barn once held the betting windows for those who loved the thrill of the victory yet knew they could also experience the agony of defeat. This property was home to Olive and Douglas MacGregor since 1968 where they raised their family to adulthood. The kids share memories of Mom and Dad dropping them off upstream at the Lake Mascoma dam and fishing it all the way back to the house putting trout on the table for dinner.
